[pox-dev] Bad OpenFlow version (4) on connection with ovs switches

I just  replaced RiplPox with your version and it worked with carp. Thanks
a lot Murphy :)

I am using 2.1.0 version of mininet, Ripl from brandonheller branch and it
is working pretty fine with latest PoX code.
