[pox-dev] Providing Python Package installation.

Greetings,

I’ve opened a ticket for providing Python packaging for pox. I’ve started work on this and have it mostly done; installation is done, but need to verify nothing was broken in the process.

What are the general feelings on this effort? Should I continue with the work?
