[pox-dev] Openflow 1.3

Hi all,

I have read the POX Nicira extension supports Openflow 1.3 and I would like
to know how I can start the POX controller with my Openflow1.3 switch.. (I
have upgraded my openflow switch to version 1.3)

I have started POX controller in following way, but it is not working
(switch refuses connecting to the controller)
./pox.py openflow.nicira
