[pox-dev] How to make rules in accordance with workload of equipment?

Hello everybody!

I am beginner in Pox and OpenFlow and I'm with some doubts. In the tutorial
Pox only see commands for the message header ...

For example, how can I know the workload of the switches? I am wanting to
make a traffic simulation that do the routing according to the workload of
the equipment and do not know how to implement.
