[pox-dev] Change IP address in arp

Hi all,
I'm using l3_learning. I've created a fuction to change randomly hosts's ip
addresses. I've insert the action to change the dstip but, if I start a
ping and than chenge the IP it is locked in arp because it look for old
destination ip address. Ho to set new destination also in the arp packet?
