[pox-dev] match rules with wild card

Hi all,

I want to write flows rules to match IP addresses coming from a subnet.
When I try to match one IP address with nw_src, it works correctly.. but
when I use nw_src with nw_src_mask, it does not consider the mask.

Appreciate your thoughts on this
