[pox-dev] Broadcast LLDP packets using POX controller

As briefly mentioned in the POX manual (http://www.noxrepo.org/pox/manual), the openflow.discovery component does this.  A good place to start might be trying to use it for your purposes, or examining its code to see how it works.
